Hotel Design: 80 – You can tell it’s an older property, but it’s been nicely renovated.

Location: 88 – Pretty central to everything in downtown Calgary.

Sleep: 89 – Great beddings and pillows, quiet rooms.

Service: 88 – Proactive and friendly.

Room Design: 89 – Spacious, modern and refined. Corner rooms are bright and welcoming.

Room Amenities: 87 – As expected, but a welcome letter and treat were a nice touch, and unexpected!

Hotel Amenities: 90 – Pool, spa, restaurants, lounge – everything you’d expect from a large urban hotel

Vibe: 86 – Upscale business hotel.

Cleanliness/Maintenance: 92 – Very good and in excellent condition.

Value / Extras & Perks: 86 – Even with mid-tier status a nice upgrade was provided, along with a welcome letter and treats in the room

OVERALL: 87.5
